Registered Document Only*** (CITY OF KELOWNA)

This option will provide you with a copy of the registered documents required by the City of Kelowna and will not provide a search of the land title.

***IMPORTANT: Fees charged for registered document searches are as follows:

$30 for each registered document after 1985; and

$60 for each registered document before 1985.

The number of registered documents varies with each land title, but customarily ranges between 2 to 4. If more than 4 registered documents appear on the land title, we will contact you by telephone at the phone number you provided for authorization prior to completing the search.

For a search of the land title only, select the LAND TITLE ONLY Search.

For a combined search of the land title and the registered documents required by the City of Kelowna, select the LAND TITLE & REGISTERED DOCUMENTS search.

Registered documents will be delivered via email within 45 minutes of your order during regular business hours.
