Ontario Certificate of Status
Purchase of one Certificate of Status, Certificate of Compliance, or Certificate of Good Standing for a Provincial, Territorial or Federal Canadian Company. Each of these products is the same thing but called something different in some cases.
The Certificate will show the name of the company, the date of incorporation and confirm the company has not been dissolved and is in good standing.
If your company is registered extra-provincially in Canada, you can also order a Certificate of Status for the extra-provincial registration. In some provinces a certificate of status is not available for an extra-provincially registered corporation and in those cases a Corporate Search showing the extra-provincial registration is active will be provided.
This product is not available on Monday March 28, 2016. Orders placed after 5:00 PM PST. on Thursday March 24, 2016 to Tuesday March 29, 2016 will be processed on Tuesday March 29, 2016 after 9:00 PM PST.
