Land Title & Registered Document*** (CITY OF WEST KELOWNA)
This option will provide you with a copy of the land title and a copy 1 registered document required by the City of West Kelowna.
***IMPORTANT: You will be charged the following search fees:
$27 for the land title search
$30 for each registered document after 1985; and
$60 for each registered document before 1985.
The number of registered documents varies with each land title, but customarily ranges between 2-4 documents. If more than 4 registered documents appear on the land title, we will contact you by telephone at the phone number you provided for authorization prior to completing the search.
If you require a copy of the land title only, select the LAND TITLE ONLY Search.
If you only require the registered documents required by the city of Kelowna, select the REGISTERED DOCUMENTS ONLY Search.
Land titles and registered documents will be delivered via email within 45 minutes of your order during regular business hours.
