Power of Attorney Search
The Land Titles Act authorizes an owner of land to grant a power of attorney whereby a person is appointed to act on behalf of the owner with respect to dealing with his land. The term "owner" is broadly defined in the Act as "a person entitled to any".
Order a Power of Attorney document to ensure the responsibilities and duties of the person appointed are acting in accordance with the BC Land Title Act or to ensure that the Power of Attorney is still valid.
A Land Title Search will provide the Power of Attorney index by principal name or document number.
Results will be delivered via email within 45 minutes of your order during regular business hours.
