A Strata Bylaw Index search will provide a list of Bylaw documents that are registered in the Land Title Office under the Strata Plan number. The list includes the date of registration, document number and the Type/Remarks of the registration. For example, remarks may include: Strata Plan Bylaws, Change of Bylaws, Form I Change of Bylaws, Change of Address.
Copies of the listed Bylaws and amendments can be ordered by registration number from BC Registered Document Search.
Results will be delivered via email with 45 minutes of your order during regular business hours.
