A Registered Document search will provide you with the complete document as registered on title in the Land Title Registry. The document will provide in detail any restrictions to the property and/or any financial interests against the title.

To order a copy of a registered charge please include the full registration number and the Land Title District. This information can be found on a TITLE SEARCH of the property.
Results will be delivered via email within 45 minutes of your order during regular business hours.
**Please note - Documents registered after 1985 are obtained electronically for a fee of $31.50. Historical documents registered in 1985 or earlier need to be manually obtained from microfilm in the Land Title Offices and are subject to additional fees of $61.00 per document.
