Refund Policy

Your satisfaction with our service is our top priority.  We are focused on providing top quality work while maintaining the fastest turn-around in the industry.  We do guarantee the accuracy of our work.  If we have in anyway provided you with inaccurate search results or have made errors in any data entry we will be pleased to provide you with the correct search at no additional charge.

If you have receive an inaccurate search, requests for a new search must be made within 7 business days of the order.  After 7 days, any new search ordered will be subject to the current charges.

Please note: Refunds cannot be accepted when:
* Customer provides incorrect information for a search;
* Results don't provide specific information customer was looking for;
* Results are lost or need to be updated.


All search and registration results will be delivered via email unless otherwise stated.  Documents can also be faxed, mailed or made available for pick-up at our office location.  Requests for delivery by mail may be subject to additional postage fees.
