A Land Title Search for Alberta will provide the names and address of each registered owner of a property, full legal description, and will identify all registered charges, liens and interests filed against the property.
Copies of registered charges including: Easements, Covenants Right of Ways, Mortgages or Builder's Liens are not included with the title search but can be ordered separately - REGISTERED DOCUMENTS.
Alberta Land Titles can be searched by Lot/Block/Plan, Title Number or LINC Number. If this information is not available, a title search can also be obtained BY ADDRESS.
