It was nice to receive information so Speedy!!!
Would like to see this provided for a Will Search, as Title Search and Will Search go hand and hand for Probate of a Will!
I can get a Title Search in 45 Minutes, but a Will Search can take up to three weeks, and really slows the procedure down, as a Will search is a requirement for Probate.

I was a little disapointed as the address on the search title was not up to date, therefore it did not provide me with the necessary information, so I felt that I had paid for nothing, as it was suggested to me that I do a corporate search and spend more $ which I do not want to do. With my own time, now I have find the address.
Company Response -
The registered owner address on a title search is only updated if the owner submits a change of address form. Otherwise their address on title will remain the same from when they first bought. A corporate search was recommended because a company owned this property and a company's registered office address MUST be updated on a yearly basis.

A BC Title Search will provide the names and addresses of all registered owners of a property, the full legal description, and will identify all of the registered charges, mortgages and mortgage companies, liens and interests filed against a property. The transfer date is also provided showing when the property was purchased by the current owners.
To order a BC Title Search, you will need the property's nine-digit Parcel Identifier number (PID) or Lot and Plan numbers. This information can be found on a property's Tax Notice or BC Assessment notice.
If you do not have the property's nine-digit Parcel Identifier number (PID) or Lot and Plan numbers, we can perform a title search using the municpal address for an additional fee of $10.
Details of the registered charges such as: Mortgages, Easements and Builder's Liens are not included with a title search but copies can be ordered separately from REGISTERED DOCUMENTS.
Results will be delivered via email within 45 minutes of your order during regular business hours.
